Tidee is an e-commerce brand selling a robot vacuum and mop designed for real homes. References to "we", "us", and "our" refer to Tidee. References to "you" and "your" refer to the user or customer.

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from this Site. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that all information provided is accurate.

Our robot vacuum and mop is intended for household use only. Cleaning results vary depending on floor type, home layout, and how often the device is scheduled to run. Please review the product description and compatibility notes on our Site before purchasing.

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit the availability of any product at any time without prior notice.

By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase the product at the listed price. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability.

Prices are listed in Euros (€) and include VAT where applicable. Payment is processed securely through our payment providers including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. We do not store full payment card details on our servers.

We offer free EU shipping. Delivery times vary by destination and are provided as estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address provided at checkout.

Unused units in original, sealed packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. If your Tidee arrives damaged or does not work as described, contact us and we will make it right. The guarantee does not cover units that have been substantially used or damaged through misuse.

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Tidee or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tidee is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or Site. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the country in which Tidee is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
